Flash Cadillac has been playing traditional rock & roll for the fun of it for over 50 years!
Founded in Boulder, CO in 1969, Flash Cadillac and the Continental Kids moved to Los
Angeles in the 1970s and were featured in two movies (American Graffiti & Apocalypse
Now) and on numerous TV shows (American Bandstand & Happy Days), performed
hundreds of college and festival dates throughout the USA and released two chart
singles (“Good Times Rock and Roll” and “Did You Boogie”). Upon returning to
Colorado in 1976 and dropping the “Continental Kids” name, Flash Cadillac became a
popular attraction for corporate events while advancing their studio recording careers.
An inaugural 1992 pops collaboration with the Colorado Springs Symphony led to
pops concert bookings with more than 80 orchestras nationwide over the next fifteen
years. As 2012 inductees into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame, Flash Cadillac in the
2020s are truly Keepers of the Flame.
